Krita
KDE/kritaReviewed by Radar
What it does
Krita is a free digital painting program from the KDE community. It is made for artists: comic artists, illustrators, concept artists and texture painters use it to create artwork from a blank canvas to the finished file. This GitHub page is only a copy of the code; the real project lives on KDE's own servers and the program is downloaded from krita.org. Radar's checks found a Windows installer.

A · download and open · Windows
The checks found a Windows installer (about 158–473 MB on disk), so you download it and open it like any other program.

- Performance with very large canvases on your computer
- The exact installer on krita.org, since this GitHub mirror has no release files of its own
