Free alternatives to Proxifier
4 free programs that can replace Proxifier, each pairing checked by Radar's AI reviewer or by Radar.
Proxifier is a desktop program that sends the network traffic of other applications through a proxy server, even when those applications have no proxy settings of their own. Developers, testers and people on networks that require a proxy use it, and it is sold under a paid licence.
Before switching, list how you use it. Do you need rules per application or per destination address? Do you chain several proxies? Does name resolution (DNS) have to go through the proxy too? Which protocols does your proxy server speak? Tools such as Clash Verge Rev and Xray are built around their own configuration files and rule languages, so expect to rewrite your rules instead of importing them, and check whether the tool can capture traffic from programs that ignore system proxy settings. Test with the exact programs you care about, not only a web browser. Also make sure you are allowed to route traffic this way on your work or school network, and keep your current setup in place until the new one works.
